What is your return policy?

If you would like to return any product(s) purchased from us, we ask that you please do so within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please contact your sales manager ([email protected]) or our customer service department ([email protected]) to initiate a return.

Once confirmed, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), a store credit will be issued to your wholesale account.
