Where can I find my invoice?

We provide invoices via email in PDF format when your order is placed, and in CSV format after your order has been fulfilled.


PDF Format

a) Email

After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain a link to download your PDF invoice:

b) My Account

Log in to your account, then navigate to My Account by clicking the "Hello [Name]" → My Account link in the top right corner of any page. On the My Account page, scroll down to Order History and click Download next to any order.

CSV Format

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with an invoice in CSV format, following the OCS ASN structure. This file can be used in most POS systems to import your purchase order directly into your POS software.
